How You’ll Succeed
- Understanding Requirements - Work closely with Business Partners and Developers to guide formulation of complex business requirements and solution design discussions to meet project needs.
- Relationship Building – establishing relationships with Business Partners, Colleagues and Managers to ensure strong partnerships and cooperative learning spaces.
- Projects – be part of complex projects to design strategic solutions aligned to CIBC’s enterprise architecture roadmap
Qualification and skills:
- Master's degree in Finance or Math.
- Strong data analysis skills in SQL, and Python or MS Access.
- Demonstrated strong ability to gather comprehensive requirements through effective stakeholder communication, analytical skills, and detailed documentation.
- Proficient in utilizing tools such as Jira and Confluence to streamline the requirement-gathering process, ensuring clear documentation, collaboration, and traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- You have 2+ years of working as a Business Analyst, or Business Consultant in the Capital Markets or Credit Risk domain.
