Business Analyst

• High-level descriptions:

  • Brand-new in-house built application that takes data feeds from Bloomberg OMS AIM and transforms data to feed the internal systems.

  • Primarily system-to-system data transformation. Data requirements from BBG and the systems are already in place.

  • The resource will be working with an existing lead BA in the team.

  • Resource will be working with Cayman business team, BBG tech team and the system teams during DEV, SIT, and UAT.

  • Products: Bond, FRN, IRS, FX Spot and FWD, Repo and Rev-Repo, Loans and Deposits. Product knowledge is not required but will be helpful.

  • Characteristics:

    • Good communication and teamwork skills

    • Attention to details

    • Previous experience in data analysis/transformation work

    • Excellent in SQL

    • 3 – 5 years of working experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• 3 years of relevant experience in a business analysis role, preferably within the capital markets sector.

• Strong understanding of finance and capital markets.

• Proven experience in data analysis and transformation work.

• Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Familiarity with Bloomberg terminal and its applications in financial analysis.
