What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be a key role in Data Protection Services team, an innovative team with many brand new services provided at enterprise level, to provide data protection related services such as Data Element Level Protection (DELP), Test Data As a Service (TDaaS), and Data Discovery and Remediation (DDaR) services. As an Data Security Engineer, you will work individually or lead a small development team to work with business partner, QA, vendor and AO partner on integration, configuration, development, implementation, troubleshooting as well as delivering services for different LOBs/data sources and providing PROD support.
How You’ll Succeed
• Work with vendor to solution, build, configure and deploy DDaR service (pilot) from DEV, UAT to PROD
• Follow Agile methodology to setup environment, configure, test, debug, and document in order to ensure successful implementation and maintenance of the service during/post project
• Work with consumers to integrate data sources with DDaR service
• Provide production support, and work with AO partners on problem troubleshooting/solving
Who You Are
• You can demonstrate experience in:
• Strong knowledge (5+ years) of Linux OS, Python, Shell scripting, Java and SQL/NoSQL
• Strong knowledge of Azure Networking such as network peering, network security gateway, etc
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and base operations
• Have knowledge/experience of Big Data, Structured data, unstructured data such as Synapse, PostgreSQL, Azure Databricks Cosmo Database, ADLS, Blob, Oracle database and MS SQL.
• Have knowledge/experience of DevOps: Github/Git Actions, CI/CD, Maven, Jenkins and Artifactory
• Good understanding of firewalls, load balancers, VMware, LDAP/Active Directory, Authentication/Authorization, Digital certificates, Hashicorp.
• Nice to have: working experiences with data discovery tools (e.g., BigID)
