Job Description

How you'll succeed:

  • Manage the VP's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments, and ensuring efficient time management.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and necessary travel documentation.

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and documents as required.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and representing the VP's office professionally.

  • Manage and prioritize email communications, ensuring timely responses and flagging urgent matters. Organize and support meetings, including agenda creation, meeting minutes, and follow-up on action items.

  • Maintain confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.

  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks, collaborating with other team members as needed.

 

Min. 3 days in the office and flexibility to come in more days as required.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Strong proficiency in office software, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
