Job Description
How you'll succeed:

Manage the VP's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments, and ensuring efficient time management.

Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and necessary travel documentation.

Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and documents as required.

Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and representing the VP's office professionally.

Manage and prioritize email communications, ensuring timely responses and flagging urgent matters. Organize and support meetings, including agenda creation, meeting minutes, and follow-up on action items.

Maintain confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.

Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks, collaborating with other team members as needed.
Min. 3 days in the office and flexibility to come in more days as required.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong proficiency in office software, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
