Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:

Have strong knowledge of various technologies including Python, SQL, and VBA.
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field, providing a solid understanding of software development principles, data structures, and algorithms essential for Python development.
Possessing a Master's degree in Finance or a related field is desirable.
Understand that success is in the details and have critical thinking skills.
Able to investigate complex problems, and make sense of information. Could communicate detailed information in an impactful way.
Understanding Requirements - Work closely with Business Partners to guide the formulation of complex business requirements and solution design discussions to meet project needs.
Solution Design - Prepare and validate Scope Clarification Documents including, but not limited to, Solution Requirement Artifacts and Quality Assurance Artifacts to ensure business partner needs are met.
